Q: HOW MUCH DOES SYNTHETIC GRASS COST?

A: We only use the highest quality synthetic grass and materials to complete your installation. Our prices start at €29/m², this price includes VAT, the full installation and all materials needed to complete your installation. There are no hidden costs.

Q: IS YOUR GRASS SAFE FOR CHILDREN 

A: Yes, our range of grasses are lovely and soft and loved by kids and even pets. Kids can continue to play ball games and spend quality time OUTSIDE playing without turning your garden (and house) into a mud bath!

Q: WHY DOES YOUR SYNTHETIC GRASS LOOK SO REAL?

A: We invest heavily in product development to achieve a range of synthetic grass that looks and feels so natural that people cannot tell it is artificial. We have received hundreds of letters and reviews from satisfied customers that have had our products installed, explaining that their neighbours, friends, and relatives that have visited have not even realised they have a synthetic lawn!

Q: WHAT MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED?

A: Synthetic grass requires BASIC maintenance. It is essential that the grass is kept clean primarily so that you can spend quality time using the area. To keep it clean, we recommend that you use a purchase a “wet and dry” outdoor vacuum cleaner (costs around €60) so that you can effectively clean your lawn. Keeping it clean

• We recommend that you vacuum the grass at least once per month to keep it as clean as possible. Some areas may require to be vacuumed twice per month if there are excessive leaves or dust in the area. To remove leaves on larger areas, you can also use a blower, light rake, or brush.
• We recommend using warm soapy water and a stiff brush to clean the grass at least twice per year depending on dust and leaves in the area. Low pressure Jet washes and hoses can also be used with care.
• To prevent weeds, we advise you spray a weed killer solution around the edges of the grass every 3 months. If any weeds find their way through the middle areas of the grass, simply give them a squirt of weed killer solution and remove the weed after it has dried out.
• For dog mess, remove the bulk of the mess and again use a soapy water solution and brush the area. This ensures the smells are washed away. For Dog Wee use Peecleanz.

Q: DO YOU OFFER OTHER LANDSCAPING SERVICES?

A:Our teams are fully qualified in all aspects of landscaping and we are able to provide you a complete solution for your entire garden from start to finish.

Q: CAN I PAY FOR THE GRASS WITH MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS?

A: Yes… our company offers an INTEREST FREE monthly payment plan.
To qualify for our monthly instalment plan:

• you must own the property where the grass will be installed (we do not offer payment plans if you are renting the property)
• you are required to pay a 20% deposit
• you are required to sign an agreement detailing the terms and conditions and payment terms.

Q: GUARENTEE?

A: It is estimated that your new synthetic grass lawn will last up to 15 years with normal use.
Our artificial grass range is fully UV stabilised for 7 years and it has a 7-year product guarantee.

Q: CAN I HAVE A BBQ ON MY SYNTHETIC GRASS LAWN?

A: NO… We would always recommend placing the BBQ on top of slabs or bricks and avoid getting any hot surfaces too close to the turf. Our products are made of plastic and will be damaged if exposed to very high temperatures.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL A NEW SYNTHETIC GRASS LAWN?

A: Our trained teams can install regular-sized lawns (approx. 40-75sqm) in just one day. Bigger gardens that require significant groundwork and preparation will take 2-3 days. Your sales consultants will be able to inform you of the time scale during the quotation process.

Q: WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS?

A: The first step to view our products is to book an onsite appointment with one of our sales consultants. Our sales consultant with have samples of the different models of grass which you can view during the quotation process at your home.
You are also welcome to view one of our completed installations for total piece of mind (this must be prearranged with our sales consultant).

Q: IS YOUR SYNTHETIC GRASS CHEAPER THAN A REAL GRASS?

A: Yes… expenses calculated for real grass over a 7 year period (watering, feeding, treating, maintenance costs) is higher than the cost of re-turfing with our SYNTHETIC GRASS.
